How to retract a pledge/donation

If you need to retract a pledge/donation simply follow these steps.
  • Go to Activity 
    • If you like, you can filter the activity to Pledges & Donations by clicking on the Filter icon next to the search field and selecting Pledges & Donations in Activity Type
  • Search for the bidder's name
  • Click on the three dots ‘…’ on the left and click on Void
  • Add in your Reference and select ‘Retract’ in Void Type field
  • Click on Void
