Manually adding raffle/prize draw tickets for a guest

If you would like to manually add raffle/prize draw tickets for a guest, simply follow these steps.

• Go to your Activity tab (left-hand menu)
• Click Add Activity
• Search for the Guest or Add a new guest
• Click Add raffle ticket
• Choose the raffle/prize draw ticket from “Prize draw lot“ field
• Fill out the Quantity of tickets the guest has purchased or select a Prize draw bundle
• Click Add (you can toggle on disable ticket communications so the guest is not notified)
• Click Add activity or Add & pay for activity if the raffle tickets have been paid for
