Receiving notifications for guest activity
You can set up to receive e-mail or system notifications for ticket sales, registration updates, and fundraising activities following these steps.
- Click on the Smart Galas menu on the left hand side
- Click on Account > Team
- Click on name of the team member you want to receive notifications for
- Under Notification Preferences enable Email and/or System notifications for any of the functionality you would like to receive notifications for (e.g. Ticketing, Registration Updates, Fundraising)
- If you do not wish to receive these notifications for every event in your account, you are able to specify the events in the Selected Events field
