Amending the host on an existing ticket

If you need to amend the Host of an existing ticket (the person who will manage the tickets/registration) simply follow these steps.
  • Go to All Pages > Tickets > Ticketing Overview
  • Click All Tickets
  • Search for the current table host or the guest with multiple tickets
  • Click the Edit assigned guest icon (next to “…” ) on the ticket line you want to amend the host for
  • Click Advanced Information
  • Under Host type the new Host’s name and select them from the dropdown or click add new guest if they don’t already exist in the system
  • Click Save
